I can not believe the irresponsible answers that they gave me regarding a bill pay transaction and their customer service reply's are unacceptable. I had a payment that was originally scheduled to be sent on 05/31/18 prior to the company changing the bill pay system. When I originally set this payment up with Capital Bank that was the date that it was suppose to be sent and then this company decided it was ok to change that to a completely different date. Luckily I have never been late on a payment before and the credit card company removed a late fee. The

problem is that it should have never happened in the first place. My responsibility was made on time but due to this companies incompetence I had to go thorough the hassle of fixing a problem that should not have been created. I also received a message from this company saying that a different amount was sent on June 4,2018 which that was a separate payment to the same bank for a different account. Also I have been locked out of a new mobile app that I have not even used once. I set it up, answered all questions correctly and still got an error saying I was locked out of my account and to contact this companies customer service. After setting on the phone waiting for a customer service rep for over10 minutes I hung up. Then when I go to my bank location to get this straight this company has closed the location and now we have only 1 location and 1 atm machine in my city. I

went to the only bank location that is in my city now and just to make a small withdraw I sat in line at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. In today's world that is unacceptable. So far I have no confidence in this company! The only thing I am seeing

so far is that they expect their customers to spend most of their busy lives fixing problems that this company created! This is not a good way to start a business relationship! I will be contacting their corporate office and will more than likely remove my accounts from their business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
