It is Nov 23rd and I am seeing pending charges on my account from April. I believe you guys have rolled out a software you can not operate.
When you call customer service they tell you it is a glitch that will be fixed first thing in the morning. It is not fixed!
It is the Holiday season and I would like to know what charges are on my account but once again there is no way to tell since whats showing as pending transactions are from April. Get it together First TN our you are going to lose a lot of customers.
